Welcome to Our Supportive Space!
At Weight Wise, we’re here to help you stay motivated, supported, and on track with your weight loss journey.
Each week, Susie will guide you through setting goals and making plans for the days ahead. Whether you’re working on a new Award Pin, need a boost with your current one, or feel inspired by someone else’s success, these sessions are designed to keep you focused and encouraged.
Sometimes we’ll have open chats, and other times we’ll explore topics to inspire and energize you for the week ahead. Whatever the focus, we promise to keep it to just one hour—and it’ll be an hour well spent!
After the session, there’s time to connect with others—share tips, exchange ideas, or simply enjoy the support of the group. These meetings are your chance to build confidence, spark motivation, and feel part of a community that celebrates every step you take.
